As part of the JPMorganChase franchise, we serve vehicle manufacturers, auto dealers, and consumers with a suite of financial products and services—from retail lending and captive financing to commercial solutions such as floorplan products and treasury services (deposits, cash management, and payment processing). As a Auto Marketing Strategy Lead within the Private Label Captive Finance business, you will be dedicated to one assigned Private Label OEM partner and serves as the integrated marketing strategy lead - owning end-to-end, performance-driven integrated marketing planning and measurement to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and sales. You will develop and deliver full-funnel marketing plans across paid media, search, experiential, and Chase-owned channels (including out-of-home, digital platforms, email, and in-branch activations), partnering closely with the Private Label Captive Finance team and OEM brand counterparts. You will track and optimize initiatives across Awareness, Loyalty, and Conquest KPIs through regular performance reporting and a test-and-learn approach. You will collaborate with campaign and event management teams to execute integrated campaigns and experiences that drive scalable volume within approved budgets, with clear performance tracking and optimization throughout Job responsibilities: Develop cohesive, data-backed integrated marketing plans that amplify and complement OEM partner programs and deliver against defined KPIs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including Campaign Management, Data & Analytics, Audience Development, Creative, Experiential, Legal)Align with teams across a matrixed marketing organization to clearly communicate and implement marketing vision. Often requiring the ability to influence stakeholder buy-in without direct authority Collaborate with internal stakeholders within other JPMorganChase lines of business to support partner’s engagement (e.g. Private Banking, Wealth Management, Card, etc.) Support development of creative assets and targeting/touch strategy; use ongoing results to recommend optimizations. Drive thought leadership with new tactics and capabilities across media, social, and search. Ensure consistent messaging and cadence across customer touchpoints, including servicing and lease-end communications. Create and maintain a marketing budget. Track and pay invoices for marketing vendors and agencies. Lead internal governance and compliance processes (e.g., business cases, change requests) through in-house tools such as Optima and AdTrax; provide executive-ready reporting on progress and performance. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: A Bachelor's Degree is required. 7+ years of experience in marketing including direct-to-consumer and digital with demonstrated success leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns. Marketing functional, technical and operational knowledge important Experience creating and driving operational process with an attention to detail and passion for flawless execution Exceptional communication and executive presence Ability to work independently as well as lead cross-functional teams Strong project management, multi-tasking and leadership skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Course work in marketing or project management is a plus.Automotive industry experience is a plus.
