We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants who are passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents through Person-Directed Care. In this role, you will develop deep awareness of residents' interests and needs while assisting them to maximize their independence. Your exemplary care will range from supporting basic needs to facilitating activities of daily living and engaging in recreational activities. Your efforts will help create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. Available Schedules (SIGN ON BONUS for both full-time and part-time positions): Full-Time Day Shifts: 6AM - 2PM Part-Time Evening Shifts: 2PM - 10PM Full-Time Evening Shifts: 2PM - 10PM Part-Time Night Shifts: 10PM - 6AM Full-Time Night Shifts: 10PM - 6AM Compensation: Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, base pay dependent on your years of licensed CNA experience, plus shift differentials for qualifying shifts. Shift Differentials: $1 for Evening shifts, $2 for Night shifts. Qualifications for Success: CNA certification Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply!
