Responsibilities include: Responding to email correspondence from customers and suppliersSales follow ups via email, using templatesProviding customers with product information and pricing via emailFiling of emailsData entry of client details and contact notes into HubSpot CRMScheduling of tasks in HubSpotData entry of Shopify invoice ordersData entry of bills into Xero accounting softwareData entry of orders into 3PL Next Logistics warehouse PortalUsing MS Excel spreadsheets for basic data entry, calculations and formatting of documentsTyping sales quotes using MS WordWordpress – basic content updates (images, text pages etc)Shopify – basic content updates (images, prices, text etc)Managing and scheduling of Instagram and Facebook posts and storiesObtaining quotes and booking of freight using a few carrier portals ## About the successful candidate: To be considered for this role, you must have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales support role within an English speaking companyPrevious experience with Shopify, HubSpot and XeroExcellent verbal and written English language skills. You will be required to communicate professionally with clients verbally and in writingAvailable to work Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm OR 1pm - 5pm Brisbane timeMust have your own home office set up including:fast internet connection: 50-100Mbit Upload / downloadreliable computer: Mac or WindowsProficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
