An import and export company in Polokwane, Limpopo requires a Warehouse Supervisor to handle international shipment documentation. You will prepare bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documents, liaise with customs authorities and clearing agents, and ensure all shipments comply with regulations. Attention to detail is critical. Responsibilities Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing schedule, ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and kept roadworthy. Plan and coordinate transportation activities including route planning, load consolidation, carrier selection, and delivery scheduling. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and customers to coordinate smooth flow of goods across the supply chain. Supervise warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift drivers, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching to meet productivity targets. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery shortfalls, damaged goods, and returns, implementing corrective actions. Ensure all logistics operations comply with health and safety regulations including safe operation of material handling equipment. Requirements Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. A valid driver's licence is essential; own transport may be required for roles involving site visits or shift work. Knowledge of South African customs regulations, import and export procedures, and Incoterms for international logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. A minimum of two to four years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or supply chain operations. Qualifications Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
