What You’ll Do This position is responsible for: Manage and provide financial oversight of Mopar Supply Chain fixed and variable warehousing costs across North America and Canada Prepare and deliver monthly Budget, Forecast, and Actual (BFA) financial reporting Own month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications Perform period-over-period financial analysis for North American reporting and global consolidation requirements Provide financial analysis, guidance, and decision support to Supply Chain Operations on ad hoc initiatives supporting sales growth, cost savings, and process improvement Act as the primary owner of the North America / Canada Warehousing general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations, Accounting, and Corporate Finance to resolve issues and support business objectives Support continuous improvement efforts related to financial processes, reporting tools, and data transparency What You’ll Learn Develop leadership and management skills by supporting and influencing teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced Supply Chain environment Gain hands-on experience with the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Build a comprehensive understanding of Mopar operations, including parts distribution, sales, and service functions Enhance analytical and decision-support capabilities by partnering with operations to evaluate performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support process improvements How to manage competing priorities and deadlines while supporting both routine reporting and ad hoc analytical requests What This Role Will Prepare You For Increased ownership of financial areas or cost centers, including independent management of complex ledgers and reporting for larger business scopes Broader business-partnering roles supporting Supply Chain or Operations leadership through advanced financial analysis and decision support Early people‑lead or project‑lead responsibilities, managing cross‑functional initiatives Future entry into Finance leadership or operations‑focused management roles that require strong analytical skills, systems expertise, and a deep understanding of operational drivers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or related degree Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience and 2 years of leadership experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with SAP Preferred Qualifications: MBA/CPA preferred Experience with Onestream and Essbase preferred
