Supervise learners during break times, extramural activities, and school outings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Requirements Thorough knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks applicable to the specific grade level or subject area. A recognised teaching qualification such as a Bachelor of Education degree or Postgraduate Certificate in Education from an accredited institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues. Proficiency in using educational technology including interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and online teaching platforms.
