As a Warehouse Material Handler, you play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring products are ready for distribution. Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Material Handler at Frito-Lay, you will manage the receipt, storage, and movement of products and materials. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations, using your attention to detail and physical capability to meet daily production and shipping goals. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracyPick, pack, and stage products for shipment following company guidelinesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety standards and protocolsVerify inventory counts and update records using warehouse management systemsCollaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production schedulesReport equipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptlyRequired Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferredAbility to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systemsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliabilityPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or reach for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and following standard operating proceduresPreferred Qualifications: Forklift certification or experience operating heavy machinery in a warehousePrior experience in a fast-paced production or distribution environmentFamiliarity with inventory management software and scanning devicesCompensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on a 40-hour workweekPerformance-based bonuses and incentive programsComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday payEducational assistance and professional development opportunitiesEmployee wellness programs and safety-focused work environmentAbout Frito-Lay: Frito-Lay is part of the PepsiCo family, dedicated to creating a culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
