Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.79 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor customer and employee traffic, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and communicate with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed. Support loss prevention and access control efforts by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and helping to deter theft, trespassing, and/or unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
