Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Young General Construction Improver/Labourer to join our small team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in general construction work. The successful candidates will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labour duties to support ongoing projects. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills within the construction industry. The positions are on a self employed basis. Responsibilities Assisting with a variety of construction tasks. Supporting skilled tradespeople. Contributing to the overall progress of construction projects by performing general labour duties. Qualifications Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. Punctual and reliable. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment.
