Campus Operations & Sales Coordinator A dynamic private institution is seeking to appoint a results-driven and disciplined individual to oversee the daily operational, sales and debtor management functions at our Chatsworth campus.The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the Sales Team, Debtors Team and Student Promoters while ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence and achievement of campus targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operational activities Manage and monitor sales performance and student registrations Supervise debtor collections and follow-up processes Coordinate and manage student promoters and outreach activities Ensure achievement of monthly enrolment and collection targets Monitor staff attendance, productivity and reporting Handle customer queries and maintain professional stakeholder relations Prepare operational and performance reports for management Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory or operational role Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience managing sales and collections/debtors teams Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Computer literacy essential Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 12h00 – 20h00 Saturday: 08h00 - 12h00 weekends and promotional events as required Preference Preference maybe given to Chatsworth residing candidates Competencies: Strong administrative and operational control Target-driven and performance-focused Professional, disciplined and accountable Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability Work Location: In person
