This role includes hands‑on tasks such as shoveling wood byproducts, stacking lumber, and operating at various machine stations within a high‑paced production environment. New hires will have the opportunity to advance within the company through structured on‑the‑job training. Shifts vary and may include weekends and overtime during busy periods.
