You’ll help prevent theft, ensure customer safety, and maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and protect retail premises with vigilance Deter theft and suspicious activity with a proactive presence Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents Conduct regular patrols and routine security checks Report observations and incidents clearly and accurately What You’ll Need: Valid PSA License (Private Security Authority – essential) Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous retail security experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends Why Join Interr?
