Job Purpose Oversee and support cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high hygiene standards, effective staff performance, and strong client relationships. Minimum Requirements: 2 years’ experience working in a hygiene or cleaning environment or in a management role will be beneficial. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle to get to work and back Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written) Ability to work in various regions as per operational requirements Role requires working in various operational environments Location: Free State / Northern Regions Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct regular site visits across allocated regions Supervise and support cleaning staff and supervisors Ensure store hygiene and compliance standards are consistently met Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g. retail stores) Provide on-site staff training and guidance Perform staff vetting and performance monitoring Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding service delivery Oversee operations across approximately 10 Supervisors and 38 staff members Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards
