Position: Security Field Officer Department: Security Operations Location: Chennai / Field Operations Reporting To: Operations Manager / Security Manager Job Summary The Security Field Officer is responsible for supervising security personnel deployed at client locations, ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining discipline, handling client coordination, and monitoring daily security activities. Roles & Responsibilities Visit client sites regularly and monitor security operations.Ensure all security guards report on time and perform duties properly.Conduct attendance verification and maintain manpower records.Handle deployment, replacement, and shift arrangements.Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements and complaints.Conduct inspection rounds and submit field reports to management.Ensure guards maintain proper grooming, uniform, and discipline.Train security staff on safety procedures and emergency handling.Monitor incident reports and take corrective action when required.Support recruitment and on boarding of new security personnel.Maintain daily communication with operations team and site supervisors.Requirements Previous experience in security operations or field supervision.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle manpower and client interaction.Basic knowledge of attendance, reporting, and documentation.Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.Willingness to travel between client locations.Qualification Any Degree / Diploma preferred. Experience in Security or Facility Management industry is an added advantage.
