Supervision & Personnel Management: Supervise on-site security personnel, including monitoring attendance, performance, and grooming standards. Conduct site inspections, patrols, and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols. Recruit, train, and mentor security guards, maintaining a pool of trained staff to manage manpower shortages. Ensure proper handover/takeover between security shifts. Operational Security: Develop and implement site-specific security plans, procedures, and emergency contingency plans. Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats to client premises. Monitor access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the site. Ensure the protection of clients' movable and immovable assets. Incident Management & Reporting: Respond to incidents, security breaches, and emergency situations (fire, theft, medical). Maintain detailed daily activity reports and submit incident reports to management. Review surveillance equipment and security systems regularly. Client Relations & Compliance: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring contractual compliance. Ensure all security activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain an active, professional presence to deter criminal activities.
