Key Responsibilities Maintain a professional yet discreet security presence throughout hotel lobbies, bars, and public areas. Welcome and assist guests with exemplary courtesy and attentiveness Observe guest conduct to ensure a secure and refined atmosphere Perform regular security patrols to prevent incidents and safeguard hotel premises Address security concerns, disturbances, or emergencies with prompt efficiency and appropriate discretion Collaborate effectively with hotel management and personnel to uphold superior security protocols and guest service standards Implement venue policies with tact and diplomacy, employing sophisticated conflict resolution techniques when necessary About You ESSENTIAL: Must hold a Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities Prior security experience within luxury hospitality environments, fine dining establishments, or front-of-house positions preferred (Comprehensive training provided) Superior situational awareness and proactive risk assessment capabilities Demonstrated composure and professional demeanour when managing challenging circumstances Customer service excellence, with a commitment to creating an environment where guests feel both secure and warmly welcomed Why Join Us?
