The Site Manager will oversee solar grid operations and ensure the efficient performance of power generation systems. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, supervising installation and maintenance of solar grid equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves coordinating project timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, tracking project milestones, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with a proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively Knowledge and experience in Power Generation and Power Plants, with a focus on solar energy systems Expertise in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking Exceptional Team Leadership abilities to foster collaboration and productivity Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in power generation projects Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred Previous experience managing solar energy or renewable energy projects is a plus
