Key Responsibilitie: Maintain a professional presence and monitor all areas for security risks. Conduct routine patrols and prevent unauthorized activity. Assist customers and staff while ensuring a safe environment. Enforce company policies and respond quickly to incidents or emergencies. Work with management and law enforcement when required. Document incidents, alarms, and security concerns accurately. Handle all situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Required Skills: Valid Ontario Security License required. Strong customer service experience and communication skills. Professional appearance with adherence to uniform standards. Excellent observation, awareness, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse individuals. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to attend training and continuous learning sessions.
