Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent located in East London, with the flexibility to work from home, office and field full-time. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting Vumatel’s fibre solutions, closing sales, and providing world-class customer service. Additional tasks include educating customers about Vumatel’s products, upselling services, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively. Proven expertise in Sales, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals on the field and office. Knowledge or experience in Insurance or similar industries is advantageous. Experience in Training or educating clients on service offerings and solutions is a plus. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid working model. Proficiency in local market knowledge and customer needs in and around East London.
