What You will Do: Conduct Physical Security Operations: Perform thorough foot and mobile patrols, executing proactive security sweeps to ensure site integrity.Execute Surveillance and Incident Response: Operate CCTV and alarm systems to monitor for potential threats, initiating rapid response protocols for security incidents or emergencies.Implement Access Control Measures: Manage entry points, verifying credentials and enforcing access control policies to restrict unauthorized personnel.Maintain Incident Reporting Protocols: Document and escalate suspicious activities or security breaches to management, ensuring timely threat mitigation.Support Flexible Operational Needs: Accept assignments as available, covering day, night, or weekend shifts to maintain continuous site security.What We are Looking For: Essential Skills: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required).At least 1 year of experience in security services, with proficiency in industry-standard security practices.Effective communication skills in English for effective coordination with clients, staff, and management.Preferred Extras: Valid Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).First Aid Certification (preferred but not essential).Who You Are: Professional, highly observant, and adept at de-escalating and managing challenging situations with composure.Why Join Us?
