Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies for a financial services location. Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and proper visitor processing. Answer phones, greet guests, maintain visitor logs, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access-related questions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related events. Support emergency response activities from the front desk by following post orders, relaying information, and assisting with building access control procedures as directed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
