About the Role We are looking for a Finance Administrator with strong foundational finance knowledge who can apply that knowledge effectively using AI tools. The ideal candidate understands financial principles (billing, reconciliations, reporting, modelling) and can leverage tools like Claude to execute these functions at a higher level. Key Responsibilities AI-Enabled Financial Work o Use Claude for: - Financial modelling (budgets, forecasts, scenarios) - Data analysis and variance investigation - Structuring and improving financial reports o Apply sound financial reasoning to guide AI outputs o Critically assess and validate all AI-generated work o Applying AI to streamline and enhance financial processes while maintaining accuracy and control Billing & Revenue Control o Design and automate end-to-end billing workflows across the group, reducing manual intervention and improving consistency o Build automated controls to ensure billing accuracy, deadline compliance, and alignment with contingency fee agreements (CFAs) o Oversee billing integrity and discrepancy resolution, leveraging AI tools to flag exceptions and maintain audit-ready records Financial Administration & Controls o Automate and assist in maintaining financial records, reconciliations, and internal controls o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures o Support month-end processes and financial close activities o Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure financial discipline across departments Financial Analysis & Reporting o Prepare monthly financial and billing reports o Analyse performance, variances, and trends o Translate financial data into actionable insights Financial Modelling & Strategic Support o Assist in building and maintaining financial models (budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis) o Support decision-making through data-driven analysis o Contribute to financial planning and performance optimisation initiatives Minimum Requirements BCom in Finance, Accounting, IS or equivalent (non-negotiable) 3 years’ experience in a finance-related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent organisational and time management skills Advantageous Experience using Claude or similar AI for financial modelling Experience with Monday.com or workflow systems Exposure to legal billing or professional services Key Competencies Ability to apply finance knowledge within AI tools effectively High accountability and ownership Strong compliance and process-driven mindset Ability to enforce deadlines and follow through consistently Analytical thinking with commercial awareness Ability to grow into a leadership role over time Pay: From R25 000,00 per month Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enabled Financial Work

o Use Claude for:

- Financial modelling (budgets, forecasts, scenarios)

Minimum Requirements

BCom in Finance, Accounting, IS or equivalent (non-negotiable) 3 years’ experience in a finance-related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent organisational and time management skills

Advantageous

Experience using Claude or similar AI for financial modelling Experience with Monday.com or workflow systems Exposure to legal billing or professional services
