Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, visitor check-in and badge verification, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process guest and contractor arrivals, and report access irregularities in a calm, problem-solving manner.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with professionalism, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unlocked access points, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations.Support front lobby and access management functions by helping to deter unauthorized entry, providing directions to employees and visitors, and maintaining accurate activity logs.
