As part of our launch phase, we are currently building a roster of licensed uniformed security guards interested in joining our team as site coverage opportunities begin rolling out. Potential assignment environments Construction site security Commercial property coverage Residential buildings Event security Temporary coverage assignments Requirements Applicants must Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or be eligible to obtain one) Demonstrate reliability and professionalism Have strong communication skills Be available for evenings, overnight shifts, or weekends where required Have access to transportation (asset but not required) Important note Applicants selected into our roster may receive priority consideration for early site deployments and future supervisory opportunities as the company expands.
