Unarmed Security Officer-APS ISS Action Phoenix, AZ Position Overview Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, protecting personnel, assets, and ensuring the security of multiple critical infrastructure sites. This is a 24/7 operation, requiring commitment to high standards of vigilance and professionalism. Conduct dismounted and vehicle patrols of APS facilities. Monitor and control entry points at security gates and other sensitive areas. Respond to non-emergency incidents in a professional and timely manner. Operate and monitor security technology and reporting tools. Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and other incidents as per company protocols. Maintain thorough documentation of daily activities, patrol logs, and incident reports. Ensure continuous security coverage and assist in the coordination of emergency responses Requirements: MUST HAVE- A valid unexpired Guard Security License issued by the State of Arizona and or New Mexico, if applicable MUST HAVE-A valid unexpired US Drivers LicenseMUST HAVE- CPR/AED First Aid certification (Red Cross or equivalent)MUST PASS- A background check and Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA)Must have a clear criminal history; no felonies or Class A misdemeanors.Must have and maintain a safe driving record. Must be eligible to work in the United States.Must possess a High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.Must be 21 years of age or older. Experience: Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written skillsWrite clearly and concisely using acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Write organized, complete, accurate and factual reports. Physical Demands Must be able to perform physical tasks, including patrolling large areas and standing for extended periods. Requirements:
