Senior Financial Accountant required for a reputable automotive manufacturing company , based in East London , Eastern Cape Requirements : Minimum 5 years’ senior experience in Finance Manufacturing / Automotive experience advantageous BCom Accounting or CA(SA) advantageous Account for tax & VAT Solid ERP experience (BPCS advantageous) Systematic Problem Solving & Decision Making IFRS compliance Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports and returns for internal and external use. Provide financial analysis and support to management. Review and action Financial variances (Budget / Forecast / Estimate). Ensure compliance with IFRS. Submission of monthly and annual reports on reporting platform (Onestream) Functional currency reporting Prepare & maintain a CAPEX and Tooling reports & register tracking actual spend against approved spend, planning future profitability & cash flows of the projects. Prepare CAPEX requisition with all relevant information regarding the CAPEX project CAPEX analysis with project launch comparison Support useful life and residual value of Fixed Assets analysis.
