As a Security Ambassador - Surveillance, your keen observation skills will play a crucial role in identifying potential threats before they escalate. You will be monitoring a variety of screens in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. What's in it for you: Site Location: Kansas City, KansasSet Schedule: 1st shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.2nd shift: Full-time Saturday through Tuesday, 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.3rd shift: Full-time, Monday and Friday, 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.4th shift: Full-time, Tuesday, 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Wednesday through Friday, 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.5th shift: Full-time, Saturday through Sunday and Wednesday through Thursday, 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.Competitive hourly wage of $18.04 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsOpportunities for career advancement within GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities of a Surveillance Security Guard: Monitor security systems to identify any unusual activityDocument events and incidents by writing detailed reportsRespond swiftly to incidents or potential threatsConduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secureControl access to secure areas and verify visitor identitiesAnalyze security systems to find potential vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with law enforcement during emergenciesEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard: Be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be at least 21 years of ageMust hold a valid driver's licenseProvide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDSuccessfully pass an extensive screening processExhibit strong report writing skillsPossess sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration abilitiesHave strong proficiency with technologyPrior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus!Join us at GardaWorld Security, a company certified by Great Place to Work in the U.S.!
