The platform combines education and entertainment to create a unique and engaging user experience. *Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role as a Freelance Customer Support Agent located in Sagamu. The Customer Support Agent will assist users by addressing inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring user satisfaction. The agent will also act as a bridge between users and the company, providing feedback on user concerns. *Qualifications**Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on efficiency and professionalismAbility to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction by effectively addressing user needs and feedbackExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with users in a clear and patient mannerExperience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in using customer support tools and technologyStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple user requests efficientlyFamiliarity with or interest in African languages and culture is an advantageHigh school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service is a plus
