Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 09:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 09:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat08:00 AM - 05:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or incidents according to site procedures.Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, visitor inquiries, and de-escalation of tense situations while maintaining awareness of location activity. Minimum Requirements Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Must be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. What You'll Do
