As a Security Officer with ISS you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations. We are looking for an experienced individual to join the RBS NI Portfolio as a Site Security Officer, based at the NWG Cash Centre in Mallusk, Newtonabbey. This is a vital role within a high-profile site, requiring a consistently professional approach. We are looking for someone who can work closely with all levels of ISS staff and local management, supporting the safe and effective delivery of security services while responding to client needs and operational requirements. The Role Incident and occurrence reporting to Security ManagementConducting patrols when required or in line with Assignment Instructions (AIs)Working in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support service deliveryResponding professionally to the client’s needs at all timesCarrying out access control in line with site processesMonitoring CCTV within a control room environmentUndertaking duties consistent with the nature and grade of the postCarrying out all reasonable management instructionsCreating a positive, professional relationship with customers and colleaguesAbout You Previous security experienceA valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA licenceKnowledge and experience with security systems and other related techGreat attention to detail and a consistent approachA team player with good customer service skillsNew recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and developmentThe Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
