An armed response company in Bloemfontein, Free State requires a Site Supervisor to respond to alarm activations and emergency calls. You will conduct rapid response patrols, investigate suspicious activity, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary. A valid firearm competency certificate and advanced driving skills are essential.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to alarm activations, investigate the cause, and take appropriate action including escalation to armed response or law enforcement.Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises on foot or by vehicle, checking for security breaches, hazards, and suspicious activity.Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors while maintaining a firm and professional security presence.Monitor CCTV camera feeds in real time from a control room, identifying and responding to any unusual or suspicious activity.Supervise and coordinate a team of security officers, managing shift rosters and ensuring all posts are adequately staffed.RequirementsGood written and verbal communication skills to write reports and interact professionally with clients and the public.For armed response roles, a valid firearm competency certificate and experience in handling firearms safely.Grade 12 certificate is preferred; Grade 10 may be acceptable for certain entry-level positions.A valid PSIRA registration at the appropriate grade level for the position being applied for.A valid driver's licence is required for armed response and patrol positions.QualificationsPSIRA Grade C Registration
