Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, providing timely support via phone, email, and live-chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to clear and effective solutions. Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction. Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate and confident support. Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help us continuously improve. A Typical Day Might Include: Helping customers with order queries, artwork questions, or product advice Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions Working closely with internal teams such as design and production Learning about new products, materials, and services Suggesting improvements to processes and systems through team feedback Here's what one of our team members had to say: "Since starting at Kustom Design Printing, I've felt both supported and appropriately challenged.
