We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading food retailer. As the Store Manager of this busy store, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing and managing the Store Team, delivering the highest standards of customer service to ensure customers return whilst achieving all set commercial, turnover revenue targets. Managing the store to achieve financial KPIs, including wages, wastage and shrinkage, together with non-financials such as customer service/feedback, internal audits and compliance. As the Store Manager some of your duties will include; Lead & develop the store team Ensuring achievements of store KPIs across various brand offerings Responsibility for the store representation, including customer experience, merchandising, layout etc. Maintaining relationships across the regional stores with other Store Managers Recruiting and develop the store team to ensure they fulfil their individual career potential Analysing sales figures Presenting weekly reports / figures and key information to the Senior Management team Ensuring the store runs efficiently by organising your time & staff effectively Proven previous food / FMCG retail store management experience Able to be resilient and adapt swiftly in a fast paced, retail environment. Excellent understanding of all sales and service.
