Job Title: Entry-Level Laborer – Commercial Sitework & Grading Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Laborer to join our commercial sitework and grading team. This position supports field operations on construction sites, assisting with grading, excavation, utility installation, and general site preparation. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and excavation tasksPerform general labor duties such as digging, shoveling, raking, and material handlingSupport equipment operators and skilled crew members as neededLoad and unload tools, equipment, and materialsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresParticipate in daily setup and cleanup of job sitesLearn basic operation of hand tools and small equipment Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredNo prior experience necessary; construction or outdoor labor experience is a plusAbility to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and reliabilityAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamValid driver’s license preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularlyFrequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to work outdoors in heat, cold, and uneven terrain Work Environment: Outdoor construction sitesExposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipmentFast-paced, team-oriented environment Growth Opportunities: This role offers a pathway to advancement into equipment operation, skilled trades, or supervisory positions for motivated individuals.
