Sunday night through Thursday night, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Friday morning). This schedule is set and non-negotiable. Benefits: Fully paid health, dental, and short-term disability insurance (starts after 90 days) 401(k) with profit sharing after 1 year PTO that grows with you: 5 days starting 2027, 10 days in 2028, 15 days in 2029 6 paid holidays 20% employee discount in our butcher shop A genuine seat at the table in a company that's been thriving for over a century and isn't slowing down Compensation: $25 hourly Responsibilities: As our Night Time Assistant Manager, you'll be the floor lead who keeps our overnight warehouse crew of 5 to 7 running smoothly. You'll: Assemble orders, load trucks, and receive inventory alongside the team (yes, you'll still get your hands dirty; up to 75 lbs of lifting is part of the job) Allocate resources, both equipment and people, to make sure every task gets done, every night Make sure the individual efforts of your crew add up to a completed shift, every single time Assist with invoicing and receiving inventory into our computer system Serve as the go-to leader who keeps things moving, keeps people accountable, and keeps the night crew connected as a team Qualifications: Prior warehouse experience is a must Familiarity with an ERP/inventory system required Forklift certified, or willing to get certified Food distribution experience is a big plus Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation Someone who lives out our core values every night: Pride, Expertise, Reliability, and Transparency A leader who can work independently, think on their feet, and rally a small team toward a common goal About Company Weaver’s of Wellsville is a fifth-generation, family-owned provisions company based in Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna Valley, built on a tradition of quality and craftsmanship.
