Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual)Valid Driver's LicenseJob Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue12:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to all visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site leadership and/or emergency personnel when needed.Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.Monitor access points, assist with loss prevention awareness, and support orderly operations during high-traffic periods, special events, openings, closings, and/or deliveries.Observe customer and employee activity for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate security-related issues in a timely manner.
