Chef de Partie | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Northern Cape Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie for a luxury private game reserve based in the Northern Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary professional with experience in five-star environments to join a high-performing kitchen team in a remote luxury setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards while supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and assisting with training, stock control, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with luxury lodge standardsSupport the coordination of kitchen operations and food service deliveryAssist in training, mentoring, and developing junior kitchen staffMaintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards at all timesContribute to menu planning and ensure attention to detail in presentationAssist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastageMonitor food trends and support menu innovation where appropriateEnsure compliance with dietary, cultural, and religious requirementsAssist in implementing and maintaining standard operating proceduresSupport budgeting, stock management, and kitchen administration Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a five-star kitchen environmentFormal culinary qualification and food hygiene certificationValid driver’s licence essentialStrong ability to multitask and perform under pressureExcellent knowledge of stock control and kitchen proceduresStrong leadership potential with ability to train and mentor staffGood understanding of food trends and luxury dining expectationsKnowledge of dietary and religious requirements Package: Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceShared accommodation (2-bedroom house)Medical aid and provident fund contributionWork cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off Candidates who meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity are invited to submit their CV for consideration.
