The Executive Opportunity The organisation is seeking a commercially astute, execution-driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) to assist in leading strategic growth, operational transformation, and business expansion initiatives. This is not a traditional corporate executive role focused solely on oversight and reporting. The successful candidate will be expected to operate as a strategic growth partner to executive leadership — balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution. The role requires a leader capable of driving measurable commercial outcomes, modernising operational structures, improving scalability, and positioning the organisation for long-term sustainability and national growth.
