Full Time Mobile Patrol Security Guard Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Officer! About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Mobile Security Guard to join our team. Schedule & Pay Hourly Rate: $17.50 hour Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends - Overnights Status: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access Enforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalism Respond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidents Provide exceptional customer service to the public Communicate via two-way radio and write detailed reports on incidents and daily activity Requirements At least 19 years of age Must have full MB Driver’s License and a clean drivers abstract Must have one year experience of driving in Canada Must be bondable 1-2 years of security experience (static sites) MOAB Certification — or willingness to complete company-sponsored training prior to onboarding First Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA-approved provider) Comfortable with physical duties: standing, walking, sitting for extended periods.
