Position: Full-Time Mobile Officer (Nights) Schedule 4-Day On, 4-Day Off; Hrs Key Responsibilities Making accurate reports and memos regarding all incidents Completing site inspections following alarm response, constant use of Track Tik tour confirmation system during every shift. Perform unlock and lock ups of various premises Responding professionally to requests from Client Service Managers and Field Managers on a regular basis Responding professionally to requests from potential new clients Monitoring situations, cameras, property and events as per Site Post Orders Sustain effective relationships with Paladin Management Team. Maintain clean fleet vehicles and ensure cars do not run low on fuel Patrol specific areas via Paladin Patrol vehicle, responding promptly to calls for assistance, escorts. Patrol specific areas on foot. Relay complaints and incident information to Paladin Management Complete inspections of clients buildings, properties to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Perform healthcare night coverages as assigned Prerequisites Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License with minimum of 5 years driving experience Ability to provide Drivers Abstract for the past three years Ability to obtain Security License for the province of Nova Scotia Valid Intermediate First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a CSA-approved vendor) English (oral and written) fluency is a must Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position. Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability Why choose Paladin?
