Duties & Responsibilities: Choose vending and cold drink dispensing systems that can fulfill the sales demands.The application of protective wrapping and proper attachment of documentation (STO) is essential to guarantee the safety and security of outbound loads.To assist with delivery operations as per CCCI's SOPs, participate in the loading and unloading of trailers. Keep track of inbound and outbound loads, ensuring accuracy by updating SAP and CONA via handhelds. This maintains accountability for the territories that are serviced by the Regional Operation Center.Emphasize safety and cleanliness by completing all necessary pre- and post-trip evaluations, double-checking daily documentation for accuracy, and ensuring a tidy and obstacle-free work area.Execute multiple tasks based on instructions, like assisting with equipment movement, junking, and ensuring the yard is well-maintained.Utilize a switching mechanism to move pup and 53' trailers to the designated dock area as necessary.Abilities are the innate qualities that a person possesses, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Comprehensive understanding of basic safety principles, such as proper lifting procedures and the utilization of personal protective gear.Adroit in operating forklifts used in restricted areas, ensuring the safety of workers and machinery.Basic pallet-jack skills.Rudimentary aptitude for machinery and facile handling of tools.Capable of handling several basic machines effectively.Adherence to written SOPs or instructions leads to consistent outcomes.Document completed work and outcomes through handwritten or computer-based forms.Follow verbal instructions.Intermediate math skills.A thorough understanding of the variables that influence productivity.The capability to gauge the order assembly process, improve the loading workflow, and choose the optimal pick and load path.To ensure overall system efficiency, it is essential to have the skill of managing multiple processes simultaneously.The skill of consistently counting incoming products and verifying them against the manifest is critical.Demonstrating proficiency in loading trucks with remarkable precision and adherence to documentation.Shows proficiency in expressing oneself verbally and in writing.Prospective applicants must have the capability to endure harsh conditions like scorching and frigid temperatures, deafening sounds, precarious walking surfaces, and scattered shards of glass.Infrequently, one may need to lift weights that exceed the standard 25-pound maximum, although this is not a regular occurrence.The ability to tolerate extended periods of sitting without discomfort.Constant embarkation and disembarkation from a forklift.It is necessary to manage the truck dock entrances and exits by opening and closing the doors appropriately.Minimum Qualifications: Certification for forklift and pallet jack operation is a key requirement for many industries and workplaces.Switcher operation certification.The job might demand a Class A commercial driver's license.Preferred Qualifications: Previous engagements in logistics operations.It is critical to adhere to federal and state weight limitations to avoid fines and citations.
