About the Role We're looking for reliable and hardworking Residential Construction Laborers to join an established construction team in the Los Angeles area. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to build new skills, and are eager to grow in the residential construction industry. What You'll Do Assist carpenters, framers, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades on residential job sites Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools around the worksite Clean and prepare sites by removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and temporary work structures Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Support framing, finish work, and general building activities Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads to ensure quality and safety Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment What We're Looking For Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude on the job site Must be able to communicate in English Preferred (but not required): OSHA 30 certification DOB Site Safety License
