Job Description In North Las Vegas, Nevada: Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to join our Warehouse team in North Las Vegas! The Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Ideal Candidates Must Possess prior supervisory experience Have Required 2 years of Security Experience Have proficiency in using computers and tablets - monitoring communication software and replying in a timely manner Be detail oriented - maintaining accurate digital records, etc.Display professionalism at all times, providing exceptional customer service and communications skillsHave Access Control and Badge ExperienceAbility to lift 20 pounds or more Preferably possess CPR certification and PILB Guardcard Schedule: 40 hour schedule Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday and Tuesday 9:00pm - 5:00am Career Advancement Opportunities!
