Description A well established company based in Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, Western Cape is seeking a Office Assistant / Receptionist. Duties: Receptionist Maintain enrollment paperwork Customer services (Existing and New clients) Welcoming new clients and providing clients with company profile and quotation as well as discussing the course with the client until our operations staff arrive Processing of suppliers Ordering of stationery Ordering of monthly groceries for the hanger and the main terminal Filing Archiving General office duties Month end preparation Will be overseeing weekend staff Candidate Requirements Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Office Administration Tertiary qualification would be an advantage Accounts experience Competencies: Go getter Well presented Excellent communication skills and client relations Committed Patient Computer Literacy : MS Office (Excel , Word) Pastal ( Advantangeous) Salary:: R 15000 – R 2000 depending on grade

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Office Administration

Tertiary qualification would be an advantage

Accounts experience

Excellent communication skills and client relations

Patient

Computer Literacy :

MS Office (Excel , Word)

Pastal ( Advantangeous)

Salary:: R 15000 – R 2000 depending on grade
