They are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of strategic development and construction projects within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will involve supporting the Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of project budgets, assisting with the appointment of professional teams, and collaborating closely with consultants to develop concept designs and project plans. The Project Manager will also be responsible for cost reporting, developing and maintaining project programmes, reviewing main contractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall timelines, and managing the coordination of all construction phases from inception through to completion. In addition, the role requires ongoing liaison with local authorities, proactive stakeholder management, and the preparation of detailed weekly progress reports to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Only candidates with a proven track record of four years' or more in a Construction Manager or Project Manager role within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector will be considered for this opportunity. The successful candidate must be based in Gauteng and hold a relevant degree within the built environment field. A valid driver’s licence and reliable own vehicle are essential for the role, together with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Applicants should demonstrate sound knowledge of JBCC and GCC contracts, as well as practical experience using project management software such as CCS and Microsoft Project.
