Security Job Purpose Ensure a safe place of work for employees, contractors and visitors. Provide optimum loss prevention for the company Reports To Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to: Surveillance of large area of company grounds, monitoring of CCTV cameras and acting when necessary Provide customer care to guests of the company when visiting, accompanying them around the grounds if necessary Ensure adequate controls are in place to prevent the loss or damage of products, always adhering to onsite procedures and policies Promptly report security incidents, accidents and emergencies Responsible for Access Control systems Deal with emergencies and liaise with Gardaí if necessary Conduct regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas Provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management Full awareness of all emergency and evacuation procedures Issuing and returning keys Respond to Fire alarm activations Monitor and report on man down panic alarm systems Monitor traffic management on-site Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time Skills / Qualifications / Experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Display professionalism and provide excellent customer care Team player with the ability to work under own initiative Flexible and available to work unsocial hours e.g. nights, weekends, days Previous experience within the security industry / customer facing environment Have a valid PSA licence FETAC Level 4 or Level 5 Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Skills / Qualifications / Experience
