RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload Monitor daily manning to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks. Review reports on incidents, investigate, and resolve issues and implement preventative measures. Create written reports for management on security status. Implement safety and security policies, protocols and procedures. Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in security such as poor performance of security personnel. Conduct inspection for security systems, such as cameras or alarms, to ensure they are functioning properly. QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field With at least 2-5 year(s) supervisory working experience in the security related field. Certified Licensed Security Officer. Good in time management and organizational skills. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding and fast paced environment. Trained in First Aid and self-defense.
