Position Overview: We are looking for reliable General Laborers who can perform a variety of tasks to support our skilled tradespeople on construction sites in West Palm Beach. Candidates must have their own transportation and be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from the construction site.Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lifting materials.Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and tidying up work areas.Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Requirements: Own reliable transportation to and from the job site.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisors.Must have basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel-toe boots.Must have reliable transportationMust be able to pass a background checkPlease be advised that obtaining a JLA Badge is a requirement for this position.
