One of our esteemed client is looking for a General Manager – Procurement & Subcontracts who can take ownership of the sourcing strategies for groundbreaking Wind, Solar, and Hybrid Power projects. This is a high-impact role where the incumbent will turn market intelligence into operational excellence. Identify and eliminate waste in the supply chain to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery. Negotiate: Act as the lead for RFQ/RFP processes and commercial terms, building sustainable and ethical supplier partnerships. Audit: Ensure the highest quality standards through rigorous supplier performance monitoring and quality audits. Govern: Enforce best practices and regulatory compliance across all LSTK EPC projects.

Background: 20+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, specifically within Renewable Energy managing atleast 1000 Cr. Technical: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and crisis management abilities. Skilled in SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
