'Desired' Skills Experience:

Experience working in a similar Senior Accounting role for a Publicly Traded Firm or for a CPA firm with a focus on financial reporting, audit, erp and relaed areasExperience working in a similar role where you have been the key-go-to-point person for Financial Reporting/Balance Sheet Creation including 10Q, 10K, Monthly-Quarterly-Yearly Closings and related ad-hoc financial reports.Experience working in a similar role where you have been the key-go-to-point person for SOX Audits, communication-coordination with the CPA firm that is doing the anticipated-expected SOX Audits alongside CPA firm coordination with reconciliations, corrections, 10k/10Q reports and similar areas.Past or Current Experience working directly for a CPA firm (ideally in a SOX Audit focused role) is preferred.Should have Solid Excel Skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, lookups, etc.) for the purpose of financial reporting, analysis and records-keeping.A CPA certification is strongly preferred.Experience with MS Dynamics or Oracle ERP (accounting and finance modules) is a strong plusExcellent Oral and Written communication skills; a College Degree in Accounting or Finance is Preferred.Pluses:

Experience working for a company with government regulatory body adherence, FDA, Dept of Energy, SEC or similar.
